He is co-founder and Co-CEO of Neutheos, a systematic trading firm, and co-founder of FIELD, a neurotechnology venture developed with physicist Prasanta Pal. Together, White and Pal are working toward what they call the Age of Coherence: making more of the organization inside complex living systems visible and measurable.

Devon White is a behavioral engineer and senior leadership advisor. For thirty years he has worked on one question: how a person becomes the version of themselves they keep almost being. Not the inspirational version. The one that’s still there when the pressure arrives.

Most advice works on what to do. White works one layer down, on the person doing it: what happens to perception, judgment and behavior under load, and what makes more of those capacities available again.

He is co-founder and Co-CEO of Neutheos, a systematic trading firm, and co-founder of FIELD, a neurotechnology venture focused on biometric measurement, developed with physicist Prasanta Pal. Together, White and Pal are working toward what they call the Age of Coherence: an effort to make more of the organization inside complex living systems visible, measurable and eventually useful.

White writes Evolving Humanity, has spent fourteen years training in a somatic martial art, and is developing university courses on human self-use and AI in service of human flourishing.
