But they leave with much more, as White’s message goes far beyond sex advice and instruction. He takes advantage of his natural gift for captivating an audience to address the fundamental issue at the core of his message, which is how to make good decisions and attain deep personal satisfaction and direction. “Sex is what puts asses in seats,” White says frankly about why sex has become his topic of choice. “What college kids want to talk about—in order of importance—is sex, drugs, and saving the world. White first began teaching about sex at his alma mater, Bard College, when he was asked by faculty nurses to assist in delivering the annual safe sex talk to first year students. He went on to study with two of the world’s top hypnotists and behavioral specialists for ten years, and currently has a private practice in Nyack, New York.
